Whiskey Sour
ingredients:
- bourbon whiskey: 60 ml
- fresh lemon juice: 30 ml
- simple syrup: 15 ml
- ice
- egg white: 15 ml
cookware:
- cocktail shaker
- old fashioned glass
1. Add bourbon whiskey(60 ml), fresh lemon juice(30 ml), simple syrup(15 ml) to a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake for 10 seconds.
3. Add egg white(15 ml) and shake for 15 seconds more seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass and serve.
